In my approach, I combine the elements I can see through my 20+ years as a management and organizational consultant work combined with what is going to make the difference:

1) Before the course:

Order a personal profile if you want to become wiser about yourself and sharper on what you want to focus on during the course (optional).

2) First session:

Focus on your desires for development professionally and privately. Feedback on profile. Strengthening of your foundation.

3) The following sessions:

I work rationally, intuitively and clairvoyantly with you. Relax, be present and listen. Ask questions about what I “read” in your energy. The session is recorded and sent to you.
